Training activity at the RCCI is considered as one of its most important tasks to develop national workforce in the Riyadh area.

The Training and Development Center is responsible for the supervision and execution of this activity. Annually, the Center introduces a number of training services that varies according to training goals, types of beneficiaries and their specialties and managerial positions.
