The Premier Sponsor

1. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on the invitation cards of the events.
2. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on all bulletins, pamphlets and brochures of all events.
3. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on luxurious bags gifts which will be distributed during the events.
4. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on leather folders gifts which will be distributed during the events.
5. During the validity period of this contract, the name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on the RCCI’s ads announcing the occurrence of the events (written, audio and video ads).
6. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on all the trophies awarded during the events.
7. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on all stickers made in relation to the events.
8. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on the certi.catesofappreciation issued by the RCCI during the events.
9. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on all welcoming roll-ups (internal and external ones) of all events.
10. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on the inner side of the front cover of all printed materials issued by RCCI.
11. Name and logo of the Sponsor will noticeably appear on all the plastic bags used by RCCI.
12. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on the RCCI’s introductory CD on which the Premier Sponsor will be offered a 10 minutes space on the CD. This CD will be sponsored by the RCCI, and 10,000 copies will be issued annually.
13. The Premier Sponsor will be honored in one of the events speci.edbytheRCCIasit(RCCI) may deemed appropriate.
14. A reference will be made to the Sponsor in the RCCI’s annual report in the way deemed appropriate by the RCCI.
15. The Sponsor will be offered free participation in any fairs or exhibitions held inside the RCCI.
16. The Premier Sponsor will be entitled to participate with its publications only in the RCCI’s wings in international events.
17. The Premier Sponsor will be entitled to use the RCCI’s halls (i.e. the main hall and the auditorium) four times a year when organizing events relevant to its business activity.
18. The Sponsor will be entitled to participate through one text page and one advertising page in all printing materials issued by the RCCI in relation to the events.
19. The Premier Sponsor’s name and logo will be printed on the notebook held at the RCCI’s halls.
20. The opening speeches of all events will include an appreciating indication to the Premier Sponsor.
21. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will distinguishably and remarkably appear on one of the internal pages of the RCCI’s website.
22. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on the signboard that is permanently placed on the main platform of the auditorium.
23. A link to the Premier Sponsor’s website will be indicated to in the RCCI’s website.
24. A 2m2 stand will be dedicated for the Premier Sponsor on permanent basis inside the RCCI.
25. The Sponsor will be entitled to deliver a brief speech in the events de.nedbytheRCCI.
26. The Sponsor will be offered a 25% discount for its employees’ participation in the RCCI’s developing training courses.
27. One seat will be dedicated for the Premier Sponsor in the auditorium.
28. The Premier Sponsor will be offered a space on the signboards (normal and illuminated ones) used inside the RCCI.
29. The Premier Sponsor will be offered a whole advertisement page on the blue pages directory which is being distributed free of charge (20,000 hardcopies and CDs).
30. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on the blue pages directory (20,000 hardcopies and CDs, of which 15,000 copies in Arabic and 5,000 copies in English).
31. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on the Business Services Directory (45,000 copies)
32. The Sponsor will be offered one free advertisement on the Business Services Directory (45,000 copies)
33. The Sponsor will be offered a number of 5 free advertisements in the English Business Services Directory (released in 3,000 copies)
34. During the validity of this contract, the Sponsor’s logo and advertising material will appear on the plasma screens operated in RCCI’s building.
35. The Premier Sponsor’s brochures will be enclosed in the gift bags distributed on the visitors attending the events.
36. A text space in Tejarat Arriyadh magazine will be dedicated for special reference to the Sponsors.
37. The Premier Sponsor will be offered an opportunity to hold an annual press conference once a year in one of the RCCI’s halls.
38. The Premier Sponsor will be entitled to hold a lunch or dinner party once a year in one of the RCCI’s halls.
39. The Sponsor will be entitled to hold a tea party for 250 persons in one of the RCCIs halls.
40. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will noticeably appear on all the electronic books CDs.
41. The Premier Sponsor will be offered an advertising space in all the electronic books (CDs) for a maximum of one (1) minute. Furthermore, the electronic book (CD) will be released under its sponsorship.
42. Name and logo of the Sponsor will noticeably appear on all circulars issued by the RCCI to invite the members.
43. A space will be dedicated for placing signboards and advertising banners in the lounge located on the .rst.oorduringtheevents.
44. Name and logo of the Premier Sponsor will be marked as a Premier Sponsor in the (Comprehensive) bulletin issued by the RCCI.
